We have bought an apartment in Zollikon and are looking to do some small modifications. We'd ideally like to hire an interior architect who could advise us, find tradesmen and oversee the renovation. Not a huge project but still something that would ideally require an architect with knowledge of construction laws etc.
Don't hold your breath! I made a similar request few days ago. Very bizarre how difficult it is to get answers to simple questions on here sometimes.
I was given this link which is to a site where trades people bid for jobs. I imagine an architect or two might be floating around on there definitely the workmen you'd need.

Unfortunately the answer to your question is not as simple as you'd think. Without knowing your experience with house renovations in CH, things are a little bit more complicated here (read expensive) than elsewhere.
Finding an architect for a small job is not that easy. Generally speaking they will be looking for larger assignments, and if you find one, expect them to charge 20% - 25% of your budget, especially if it requires project-management. For larger projects, (eg. in our own case a 500k full property reno, our architect takes 13% ex vat).
We have also just finished a reno of a small 40m2, 2.5 pc apartment. This was done without architect, but with an experienced contractor instead. Much cheaper, especially if you know what you want. Design concept and plans were drawn out using an online architect service found on upwork.com.
Either way, first step is to speak with the local commune to see if you need a building permit.
