Do you know if I should include MWST on invoice?

HI. I have just finished my first gig as a photographer and i need to send an invoice. Steueramt told me I don't need to register as a Selbständig (I am employed for a company and photography is a side job) but they won't tell me how to issue an invoice.
If you're not registered for MWST you don't / can't charge it. Simple as that.
Registration is required for a business turnover above CHF 100K.
