I searched through the forum and did not find anything similar.
Does anyone know if it is allowed to deregister after you replied Rechtvorschlag when received the Betreibung? I know the debtor could choose to go to court, or give up. If they did choose to go to court, does anyone know if it is allowed to deregister during the court waiting time?
