Is Yucca flour to be found in Switzerland?

Question for the lovers of South American food, can anyone tell me where I can buy yucca flour in Zürich?

Additionally, which Swiss cheese would be closest to Menonite cheese, very white, very fresh, very young?

Try the Chinese grocery stores for Tapioca flour. Yucca is another name for Tapioca.

I think the Chinese grocery store at Zurich HB has it.

Another alternative is potato starch, depending on your application.
