I am looking for a job in the legal field. I have an LLB and an masters in Commercial Law and Mineral Law. My German is A2 and French B1. I have sent several applications with no luck. An organisation /firm with English as the language of operation would be perfect. I will appreciate Pointers and advice on how to go about it.
Ps//Zurich/Winterthur area is preferable but at this point I can work anywhere.

In some countries, it is not usual to attach a photograph of yourself; in Switzerland this is normal, even required, as is specifying your full name and address, date of birth and nationality/permit status.
If you already have Swiss nationality, or EU nationality, or hold a current valid permit to live and work in Switzerland, then be sure to state that in your cv and again in your covering letter to any job application.
Avoid using a standard application, but tailor both your cv and covering letter to the specific company/department to which you are applying. Do your research and try to work out what their need is and then demonstrate why you would provide them with a solution.
Great that you've made a start in French and German. Keep working on those, even if you're aiming for an international employer; learning the local language(s) can be seen as something of a testimony to your mind-set and commitment to living and working in Switzerland.

Your profile indicates you're Kenyan. Are you already living in Switzerland on a valid permit, or do you need an employer to sponsor you? It's a bit more challenging if you need the employer to sponsor, as they have to prove they can't find a Swiss or EU citizen suitable for the job. That leads to the second question:
Are your qualifications recognized here? For example are your degrees in European and/or Swiss law?
