Oops, I wasn't referring to any post in particular, just things as I experienced there, so people know what to expect.
In continuation with my rant, I also saw a signboard that I understood as "pissing prohibited here". Right at the very Top of Europe, over its pristine snows, presumably someone had tried it in full public view
A pity I didn't take its pic. At first it looked like a regular traffic sign. It had a symbol of a human with a diagonal red line, but it had a shower streaming out from his body.
It turns out that because we had Halbtax cards, the Coop voucher was not the cheapest ticket for us. I think there was also a special offer in May that may have helped, so make sure you ask at the train station to compare for you. We found a very helpful person at Zurich HB.
In any case, we now have 3 vouchers that we will not use, so PM if you would like them.

PS - Monday the weather was perfect at the top. We took the 9:30am train from Lauterbrunnen, where it was 30 Celsius and not a cloud in the sky. Trip was about 90 minutes with one train change. Food at top was expensive and nothing to write home about. If you have time, check out the Trummelbach falls in Lauterbrunnen. Almost as amazing as Jungfraujoch.
Shankar, unfortunately this thread started in April this year and the voucher offer expired in June. The halbtax card isn't available to you and isn't worth it for just one trip, anyway. I'd advise you to ask your travel agent for any deals as I've seen some good packages offered to tourists.
I can recommend the Jungfraujoch trip very highly! Leave plenty of time, though -- start early as you face 5 hours (return) on the train.
The Coop voucher is again available. It is valid from Sept. 25 to Dec. 31. For SFr. 100 worth of groceries, you will receive a voucher at your local COOP good for one adult and two children. For SFr. 200, you will receive two vouchers.
I've been seeing what is apparently a version of this promotion advertised at the Coop in Allaman(VD) for the past week or so. I have not been able to figure out how long the vouchers can be used (reading French is still a struggle, but I'm working on it). There is no mention on the Coop website and the Junfraujoch website has not been updated.
