Jura coffee machines - repairing

My Jura Impressa again stopped working because no coffee is coming out of the coffee spout. Opening the Jura myself is a bit complicated because it has these nice oval-head screws.

Does anyone have the key to open it or has experience repairing a Jura coffee machine?

Bringing it to a repair center is economically not an option as the repair price is probably higher than buying a used one on Ricardo.

Do you use oily beans? If so this can clog the machine after a while. If you can, run a cleaning cycle to try and clear it before you take it apart. Don't waste cleaning supplies, just run the cycle without. Then occasionally run drier beans through. HTH

No idea if they are oily. Generally we just use standard Lavezza beans.

I did the cleaning but it didn't help. Machine is always cleaned on time.

Do you asked a service Partner? We bring our coffee machine to local service Partner and mostly repairs are inexpensive. Mostly we call them and describe the issue. Sometimes they know whats wrong and what does it cost.

For example we bring our coffee machines to Bachmann http://www.bachmann-kaffee.ch/bachmann/ser.htm

Have you called the technical support?

A friend's machine broke recently and was send in for repair. Haven't heard about the bill yet...

After googling a bit, I found a good advice and managed to get it working again.

For anyone owning one: remove the drawers, go inside with you hand and on the top you will first feel a flap. Remove the coffee that is stuck on it. Then go in a little bit more to the back of the machine and remove the coffee there too. This did the trick for me.
