I lost a key to my closet and was wondering if I can buy another one at a locksmith or hardware shop. They are not custom keys but are the large keys that come in 100 or so different shapes, similar to this (although seems a separate Swiss version of this):
Yeah its no problem for you to buy another if you can find the correct one. Otherwise you'll have to ask the owner to order you another one and you'll be charged for the admin etc.
My key broke and I just took the pieces to a shop nearby.
Assuming you have not lost the key with it locked...
Take out the lock, bring to a locksmiths shop. After they stop laughing (that kind of lock is pickable in moments, even by a beginner) they will sort you out a new one.

M. Minute. If you don’t have a key, have a look at the lock there should be a number stamped on it.
