What is your experience with the kitten food from Coop/Migros? Any recommendations?
We are adopting two little kittens (very young, just around 9 weeks old. I know, I know, I hope we could have them after 12 weeks but it was not an option...).
Go to somewhere like qualipet where they have decent brands and good selections.
Near most larger Migros and COOPs near us in Vaud (I see you aren't far away), there are pet shops with more variety of foods, and staff that may offer you advice.
Good luck with the kittens, make sure they get properly socialized if they are very young, and enjoy.
Start them on the cheap stuff. If they like it, great. If not try something a little more expensive. In the wild cats will eat just about anything. They really don't need specialty food. Our previous cats lived to 18+ and were not fussy eaters.
There is always dry food available when they need to graze and we give them wet food in the mornings and evening.

I've used the supermarket own brands for my cats when they were young, and it worked fine. I mostly bought the Purina Vital Balance for kittens from Migros.
Now I've switched to buying online / going to local petshops, and vary between the following places - all do some kind of deal quite regularly.

We're kind of spoilt for choice!
I guess it depends a bit on your kittens. One of mine developed a bit of a tummy problem, so I switched to grain free, which was only available from the pet shops. I learned not to vary their diet too much as mine got on better that way, so I now stick to the same brands for kibble and wet food.

You basically get what is stated on the tin. Reasonable prices, quick delivery - shortest was next day, longest was 5 business days. Don’t bombard you with promotions
