Hello all. I am looking for a butcher that might be able to provide brisket cuts, so I would need a Kosher Butcher, not a place that sells Kosher products, unless there is Butchers' section inside of course. Zurich is preferred, but anywhere 45 minutes around, or in the direction of Italy is fine as well(preferably off the A2).

Instead of greenies, or a thank. Can you ask them if their chickens are french?
Does it matter if they are French? I will try to stop in there in the next few days.
French chickens are tastier than Swiss ones. If they are it would save me one or another trip to France. Unless, I get my chicken craving on a Saturday/Friday afternoon.

Koscher City, in the Weststrasse. It has a butcher's section.
Ooooh, and it has a website. In german AND english.
Please ask if they have smoked ham complete with bone and speaks Gaelic
According to their WEBsite, all the meat comes from France but is processed here in Zürich
