Letting agency services in Zurich

I'm changing jobs and moving abroad, and I need to de-register fairly soon. As it's now October, I need to find a new tenant before the next break date in Marc. I should say that it was worth waiting until the last minute to know for sure that I would be moving; certainly not something that I would have gambled on in June when I could have terminated the tenancy normally.

There has been reasonable interest in the property, but I don't think I'll find someone before I leave. I was wondering what an estate agency would charge to arrange this? Since the landlords will only meet with someone who has said they want to take on the lease, I'd like to have an agent arrange an open viewing or similar and then submit some options. Worst case, I'm on the hook until March so even at 2 months' rent, it would work out cheaper to hire someone.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tenant-finding service in Zurich? I'm not sure exactly what to search for that doesn't just throw up the usual free listing portals. I will also see if my landlords have an agency they've used in the past, but I assume I'm just not looking in the right places.

I don't know of such an agency, unfortunately. There used to be one called Mata-Dienst, but it went bancrupt some years ago.

How long do you have to find a replacement tenant before you leave the country or, put the other way, from when is the apartment available? And what kind of place it is, how high is the rent, and where is it, please?
