libanese cuisine in zurich

Hi, i'm looking for a libanese restaurant in Zurich.

I tried Le Cedre, both of them.

the one in bellevue is overrated to me...

but the one in badenstrasse is worthing every single franc... and it's totally convenient (at lunch with 20sf you get a menu with a lot of stuff to taste), really suggested for newbie to this cuisine (as i was).

Now I'd like to try a new one ... any suggestion?

thx

AF

Not sure if it is Lebanese or a mix of different cuisines, but both maison blunt and bebek are pretty good.

Moudis Leckergarten also has various Mezze. there are 3 or four locations in ZH

Cèdre at Badenerstrasse is actually the best in my opinion.

Palme de Beirut is another option (haven't been in a long time though, so can't comment on quality)

Haven't been in a while, but Damas in Josefstrasse was a good place to eat

Thx all guys.

I went to Palme de Beirut and it was good. Suggested! But le cedre is still my favorite. In the future I’ll try the others and I’ll let you know.

I like Les delices du Liban, too. It is on the other side of the street from Le Cèdre at Badenerstrasse. No dining, but great for having a bite when shopping or roaming the cinemas and clubs at night. Was there today and loved their mezze platter.

Tepe in Fluntern is not "officially" Lebanese, but is good for Zurich standards of similar food. You won't get some dishes like bamya that is nicely done in La Cedre, but their meze tastes pretty much the same as La Cedre. I heard they do actually prepare meze for many restaurants in the city.

It is on the premisses on a fitness club (but you don't need membership for getting in) and has a nice view of Zurich (better during summer obviously). A drawback that it is not very well connected to public transportation (have to walk some 10min uphill/downhill). No problems if you have a car though.
