My name is Lislot which is short for Liselotte, but I prefer to be adressed by Lislot. I only added Liselotte to the topic titel because it said it has to be at least X charachter.
I am married, female, Swiss, approaching 60 real soon now and live with my family in Zurich. The young adult children have left the nest, mostly, occasionally one returns for a short while, which I of course love.
I am interested in how others who are in or near to retirement manage their income, but also really, I am interested in anything around the discussions of how things work out cash flow wise in the retirement phase, or close to it, both before and afterward.
I should say that I sometimes use AI to Polish my English as I am not that good at it. Everything I write is my own thought but I sometime put it through AI to make it more readable. I hope that is ok for you.

Hello, as a Papierlischwizer who came here in my mid-thirties I’m cursed to forgo a large chunk of the AHV despite paying handsome contributions to it; while my undeserving wife taking care of our children benefits from some state accounting trick adding virtual AVH contributions to her future pension.
As I’m still more than a decade from retiring, we are thinking about caching out our 2nd pillar to pay down our mortgage and use freed up founds to buy an “investment” real estate.
However, tax and others issues abound, so I wonder if anyone could recommend a financial advisor/planner whose honorary wouldn’t be higher than the benefit of their advice
