Arunidhi-I don't know of any. I am kind of doing my stuff off the offical program. I looked up a calculator online, grab online recipes, and made myself a food chart in excel(which I can let you use if you like), I can help you along by being an accountability buddy for you if you like.

sorry to hear that todays lunch was cancelled! I actually got my work done and headed into zurich anyway - need to get my little man use to people.
Lisa I know Ian is very friendly with strangers....and so is Omar.
But did anyone else experience the "stranger fear" as early as four months old??? Dominic cries even when people just get close and smile at him! Some people he is okay with others he reacts (negatively) to instantly. Its rather embaressing....
Anyway I think I have to make an effort to take him out more so he realises that the world consits of more than just mummy and daddy!
Next week would be good. Again Fridays are not good for me.

Hi Shin,
My lil one is also friendly some days and totally quiet on other days - dont let that bother you...taking her out every now and then does help. We were aso cooped up for the first few months (overscared first time Mom syndrome!!) ..but now I just cannot do without going out even if just for a while everyday...makes a huge difference. I remember once we had taken her out for longer than usual when she was a month old and she got soooo overexcited that we had a really tough time getting her to sleep that night...however now because she goes out more often she is not that overexcited on seeing new people and new places - yet - feeding her in public is still an effort!!
