Hello to everyone!
Could you please upload IMG or ISO (or BIN/CUE) image files of the 1990s software for the Swiss driving theory test in Gezrman and French produced by Furrer & Partner AG “Easy Driver” (any version from 1 to 4), where pictures of Swiss road signs in the classic old SNV font were included on the CD-ROM or the floppies? Thanks!
Why exactly are you after these very specific things?
1990 will be outdated. Even in Switzerland
What’s the fee for doing this?
So you want people to look if they have a software from 35 years ago laying around in floppy disk or Cd format, find a way to read it, if still readable, then upload it to you a random person, in the process breaking copyright law.
This just so you can have some “old fashioned” version of the traffic signs? You may have better luck in using the images provided in the legislation of the time (they should be on archive on the confederation legislation website).
Nowadays the company Furrer & Partner AG who developed Easydriver was liquidated in 2018, and maybe is not anymore under copyright law.
I was actually looking for “EasyDriver 3.0” from 1997, which was the one distributed on CD-ROM, and which contained images of Swiss road signs in the SNV font. Could someone upload the ISO these days?
I’m still not sure what you’re really after. Wikipedia says that font was replaced in Switzerland in 2003, but is still used in other countries. Maybe pick a country or two from this list, and search for a current manual there?
I just want to preserve the historical archive of this Swiss software.
