My experience with gynecologist so far has been poor, I have a complex inflammatory gynecological illness and I would need a very experience gynecologist that can help me as oppose to send me bills and superficial answers

You mention "Zurich Basel" - does it not matter which location?
My Hausartz gave me a recommendation here in Basel but I haven't been yet, so it would be a 3rd party recommendation. Let me know if you're interested and I'll get the information for you.
If you can find a "Frauenklinik" at one of the hospitals near you, perhaps that would be a good idea. (My OB/GYN is the Frauenklinik at Uster Spital). My house doctor / family doctor once told me that it's good to have a gynecologist based at a hospital because they usually have access to the best equipment and also can get surgeries and other appointments in faster than most other gynecologists that have private offices.
In Zürich I warmly reccomend Dr Stoeckli at Medix Friesenberg. He is caring, empathetic and takes all the time. Super responsive on email/phone. I went to him by chance when mine retired and ended up staying and reccomend him to all my friends now
Why do they need to be so experienced, if you know what the problem is and explain it to the doctor, he should be able to treat it effectively.
Experience would really only come in handy for a diagnose.
Once again, it all depends on your insurance policy, basically, if you have an expensive one you can do lots of things and the cheaper it becomes the less you can do directly.
A cheap policy will probably mean you will have to go to a "Family doctor" first who will then send you to a specialist as opposed to going directly to a specialist, but be warned, some specialists do not take patients directly, only upon advice of another doctor to avoid too much time wasting.
The difference between an expensive policy (low franchise) and a cheap policy (high franchise) is minimal IF YOU USE the policy regularly and always go above you franchise (max Chf 2.5k) usually not even Chf 100.-- after you have done the calculation.
Gynaecology is one of the specialties that doesn’t need a GP referral irrespective of what insurance model you have, ophthalmology is the other one along with paediatricians for children.
For complex inflammatory issues requiring a second opinion I think that a doctor with some experience is required rather than somebody fresh out of med school although there is a lot to be said for younger doctors who are generally more up to date with the latest therapies.

I would go to Unispital Zurich or Unispital Basel as you mention a complex inflammatory gynecological illness. Usually the University hospitals are always best when it comes to treating rare diseases or complex health problems. I had a problem for years that was diagnosed in this hospital and also I know they are quite well known for taking care of older mothers-to-be, mothers-to-be who have risky pregnancies etc.
