Dear all, my 6yr old is very good in maths and calculations, I am at loss, as I looked every where cannot find any extra maths activity and abacus class in Basel . She is in kindergarten 2nd year, so no studies in School

If topic starter doesn't mind, I'd like to refresh the thread, since we are also interested in such thing (private/semi-private/group lessons), and looking for person/company providing such service for kids.
We still wave interest for such classes.
I used the lessons on youtube, bad video quality, but once you get it you can teach it yourself to your kids. Alternatively, if you have Asian friends, you can tap into their knowledge.
Post back if you find something more official.

For anybody interested in maths (not necessarily abacus as the OP was looking for, but in general): I have found https://www.khanacademy.org/ to be very good.
Have you thought about instead chess as an option? It is well supported for kids in Switzerland, even very young ones, and it has obvious connections to maths and general education benefits. If you like I can find out what the options are in your area.
Our kids have already chess classes and we think (hope?) that mental maths and abacus classes could increase cumulative effect.
I've tried already to teach kids using youtube lessons. Either I do not understand it all or such online lessons aren't the best way
Try an app for your phone/tablet, search for abacus apps. For kids, I recommend Abacus Adventure. Master Soroban and Komodo are good for practice, but it will need to be a parent-child activity (tutorial is not good enough for kids to follow). There's also a Korean "finger counting" app which I've heard good things about for developing mental math skills.

I remember when I was a wee lad that the start of every school day was 20 mental arithmetic questions
