Looking for Suggestions for 2 day trip to Chur

My wife and I will be training up from Lugano to Chur next week for a two day holiday of sorts and to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. I have made reservations at Flavours restaurant for dinner on the special evening, and plan to visit local museums/landmarks.

Anything else you might suggest? Lunch suggestions? Another place for dinner? Where to hide out indoors if it rains a lot.

Many thanks! Grazia, Engraziel fetg.

Old town is a must.

Train ride to Arosa is nice!

Can also recommend the cable car for a nice walk above it all.

Bernina railway ride (full day back and forth, but might be too much if you are spending just 1 night there, and after the train ride from Lugano already)

Crestasee/Caumasee near Flims

A little outside of Chur is Maienfeld. There you will find the oldest constantly used vineyard in Europe (so the website says), scloss Salenegg they have some very nice wine tasting options and packages, could be worth looking into. We did the blending experience which was amazing.

Same area you can visit Heidi's village which if its good weather could be interesting.

Many thanks robBob, gipfelisturmer, and peaky for the valuable suggestions. I wrote 2 days, but meant to imply 2 nights. So, really, after travel, about 2.5 days.

Get the train to Disentis then Andermatt. The journey, especially the last leg, is amazing. Andermatt is beautiful.

Thanks. Yes, love Andermatt!
