I have lost my Supercard, trouble is think it is still registered to my old address. Think there is any chance of getting it back? I think I left it in a Co-op last week midst my daughters biggest tantrum ever. They say they don't have it......
Or happily redeeming them in a Coop City for merchandise. They don't ask for ID, they just scan the card, hand you the merchandise and you're on your merry way.
You can call Coop Customer Service at 032 323 0505 to block your card - you can then give them your new address over the phone so that they can mail you a new card. Alternatively, you can log-in on-line and make the address change but you need to call them to block your card (cannot be done on-line). Hours are M-F 08.30 to 18.30 and Sat 10.00 to 16.00
You can apply on-line at www.supercard.ch or pick up an application at the Customer Service counter (and sometimes cash register) of Coop, Pfauen and other shops in the Coop family.

I guess not because all the points where on my new card, but then again i had told them my old card was lost so i guess they used there common sense and stopped my old card so no-one could use it.
Hang on you have a password when you use your card so unless the person who picked it up knew your password your points will be safe
I am bringing this thread up again, as I lost my COOP supercard sometimes before, but just now only found that I lost it and vaguely remember that I used it some 10 days before.
My problem is, the card was applied by my husband and he got two cards (duplicate cards - with same number). So, he kept one and gave me one. Now, he has card safe, where as I lost the one. So how should I proceed?
1. Should we block the cards and apply for a new one?
2. Ask for one more duplicate card, having the other one asusual?
Dear Sutter, it would be great if you can tell us how to transfer the points from old card to new card, if in case, we apply for a new card. Will they do it automatically when we say we lost the original or have to do it in some other ways? Also, you have mentioned about password. We never had any password for our card, to add points or to redeem the points. Am I missing something?
