Luggage Repair in Basel

Hi all

Does anyone know of any luggage repair shop in Basel?

Tried searching on the internet but no avail.

Basically my check in luggage got damaged on a Swiss flight and they told me to repair it then send them a bill after that. Can't seem to find anywhere to do that in Basel!

tell them it can not be repaired, you want a replacement, or turn it round and they should tell you where to send the bag to be repaired.

What sort of repairs? Is it the sort that could be done by a shoe repairer? If so, there is one on the 6 tra line, Brausebad stop, walk over the intersection towards the migros shop. The cobbler is about opposite that.

ALternatively, I prefer Rob's suggestion.

Tried shoe repair outlets but they don't do luggage repairs.

In any case I the advice and called their customer service line, managing to get a contact. If anyone's interested to know its Leder Locher.

Hopfully my situation will get resolved soon.

I had a Tumi bag replaced under guarantee by them.
