I'm sorry, I'm not familiar at all with Zürich but I have seen something that looks similar to what you're talking about while in Coop - I doubt though that it would be "maple pecan" inside as opposed to something with hazelnut.
Meanwhile, I did happen across this blog which shares a recipe for Maple Pecan Plait (among other things), what I read of it didn't seem to be terribly difficult, perhaps you could try your hand at making some home made.
