I love well made börek with meat. My mother in law makes really good ones, so my standard is pretty high I prefers the separate ones though as almost all the ones on plates I ever ate in my life are either too dry or too soggy.
To answer your question and not dwell on permits/hygiene stands/business licence, which you would deal with at some point: visit a few Turkish delis around your area, compare prices, quality. There is one at Zug train station: sadly, their boreks are awful. And I don't remember the price.
Yours look delicious /and your oven is spotless!!!/. I would pay 7 franks for one as a treat. I love the ones with caramelised onions and potatoes.
