This route to home ownership here is very rare so your chance of finding someone here who has used that company is miniscule, try Google.
Marty seem very keen on flat roofs - not attractive or reliable in the long term.

The mods there used to be pretty active in detecting shills and astroturfers, so I'd say the reports you get there are as good as they can get.
Modern flat roofs are apparently not that big of a problem and I assume the reason it's done is to maximize the amount of livable space (Ausnützungsziffer).
