The only language I know is English.

UZH doesn’t say much about living costs, but ETHZ does.
“Like any form of education, studying at ETH Zurich costs money. In addition to tuition fees and semester fees amounting to CHF 649, most importantly there are living costs to consider too. It is estimated that students spend CHF 16,000 to CHF 26,000 on study and living costs each year.”

You’d probably need at least CHF20,000 in a bank account of a bank that has branches in Switzerland.
You’d also need to check what language the course is taught in. Most Masters are in English, but make sure before you apply.
