So SWDNRA an myself drove to a beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere with a narrow one donkey-ass wide road on the Lech where I parked on the verge and we went for a swim. It wonderful, a nice breeze down the valley, 28° water, on a blanket under a tree along with about 20 other people, all having a good time and enjoying the day…
Until some bugger, inflated with his self importance walked up and grinningly announced that we were all parked illegally and that the police may or may not be coming and the fine is 55€ for parking on the green strip.
He knows this because he is a member of rhe nearby fishing Verein and they have members with the police.
What a wanker, seems they take their fishing seriously and dont want us plebs swimming near their spot.
After that the vibe was dead and people started to pack up and leave.
That has now killed the day…
And in other news a bus full of traditional Tyroler Schützen were driving back from a church thing in Salzburg and took a short cut through that little spit of Germany that hangs like a uvulva into Austria.
A trip of 15 minutes or so.
The, got stopped, arrested and their historical rifles confiscated. They now face prosecution for illegal weapons transport.
