No there happens to be a free market. Offer at price X - if people think it's too expensive or will get it for price Y somewhere else, it won't sell.

Just buy it wherever you want and your weekly first-world "problem" is resolved.

Fair prices? Where did you get that idea from? Companies will charge what they think their customers are willing to pay. And their customers do pay obviously, otherwise they wouldn’t still be in business.

No. Its the exorbitant price from Media Markt that annoys me. Profit,profit profit! No ethics here. But the Swiss pay it because of their fat pay checks

I'd claim the absolute opposite - the telltale sign of cartel pricing and therefore extortion is when the price is the exact same in every shop. It's great to see that even after Migros bought digitec they didn't completely switched back to charge the RRPs (yet).

It's called healthy market competition.

If you're not happy with a company, a service, a provider, a bank, a supermarket, a store...........GO ELSEWHERE ! their is plenty of competition !
