I visited the clinic a few months ago. The doctor prescribed me a medicine. These medicine are covered with my insurance company usually. However, they asked me to provide a detailed report.
Later, I approached the clinic and they informed me that the original doctorhad left and they cannot provide me a detailed report anymore without the doctor. I tried several times asking them but they don't bother replying.
My insurance has now billed me the cost of the medicine saying that without the report, they will not bear the costs.
What are the options? Shall I send the clinic a legal notice?
