But I would need to stop working, and eating. And I lovez my food.
There are people out there who are comfortably into the single digits of body fat % who don't diet and really enjoy life. Are they less manlier? perhaps.
Share how, please. I am currently cutting on carbs, but I miss them. And wine, eventhough I'd have a glass a day only, still..
Nope. It means they either watch what they eat, or spend the entire weekend running around the track field ignoring their girls..hahaha. I am kidding. But absolutely no bellly makes one feel like highschool, more fat, more to love. To a certain limit, sure. But most girls I know would go for the bearish rather than vegan marathon man..
There is some truth to it, in fact I was been pondering over this question for some time now and had posed this on FB a few days back: I think people as described by Angela (the pleasantly plump as they say) tend to be happier people than those of us who spend too much time chasing fitness without there being a need...to me this is a puzzle/paradox.
Actually I was told this by my aunts when I was in my teens (I used to be very thin then)... I am beginning to see sense in that.
Kinda sad though, very unhealthy support. It's interesting that men seem to prefer women with healthy figures where women prefer the opposite in men.
No funky proteins involved with me.
It is the same as wanting women to be curvy and not sinewy, but not to the extent of being so fat that penetration becomes structurally impractical
A question of balance, I suppose.
Well yeah, those examples are a bit on the extreme sides. But I'm pretty certain that someone who can classify their stomach as having a pot belly, is not on the healthier side of BMI. Where as women who are known to be beautiful and curvy are still in very healthy range.
But I think those perhaps goes back to more primal instincts of large protector man/women-to be protected.
No exercises, just leaving the table before I feel being "full"
