Not everyone has little girly hands like you do. Go to the store, they have a device sort of like a stappler, which stances out a micro sim out of a regular sim card.
I got my Lebara prepay package from the mobile shop and the guy stanced it out for me. But it wasn't properly done, and my iPhone read the SIM card as Sunrise instead of Lebara, but since Lebara is tapping Sunrise network, I guess it's alright, just that the 3G reception is quite poor compare to Swisscom.
I bought one of these off Ebay for about CHF 6 delivered. As we have two iPhones and a 3G iPad in our household its a lot of microsims that need punching whenever we go abroad and buy local pre-paid sims.
I use a lebara sim and i sent them an email for micro sim. They promptly replied me that they do offer micro sims but will deduct 10 CHF for issuing it. They also were kind enough to suggest me that the mobilezone shop would do it for free and would also give micro sim adaptor (to put it in normal sim phones) for free as well. However, i actually got it cut at the sunrise counter in Saturn Basel and it works fine for my Nokia N9.
