Is Mieterverband and ASLOCA the same? I'm moving soon, should I explicitly subscribe to the other or my membership will follow me?
It's the same service, 2 different associations.
Mieterverband is in the German part of CH and Asloca in the French. Your membership does not transfer frommone to the other.

Membership doesn’t even transfer from one canton to another as far as I know as each one offers slightly different things.
