There was a time Migros made so much money they didn’t know what to do with it. Being a Genossenschaft (cooperate) they had to reinvest it. Only they didn’t realize they should keep a close eye on how their investments were actually doing.

Something very wrong with Migros. Simple shaving gel from Gilette has been unavailable for months. (Migros City Zurich)
Why do you need shaving gel? I use soap from a soap bar and it works very well.
