In case anyone is thinking of using a car cleaning service, I can highly recommend grumpygratefruit ́s friend. He just cleaned a very tired looking Audi A6 and a VW T5 for me. Excellent job! Good service so I highly recommend. He even comes to your place (work or home) to make a full valet clean inside and out. (so if you are like me, you can standby drinking a beer and watch him work!)

I got away with changing my oil, I told the police that I had an oil leak, I just spoke in English to the Police chick, she & the fat bloke got back in their car & went on their way!
BUMP from 2 yrs ago how does this project stand by now? I'd need someone to wash my dearie in the garage (or on the parkplatz in fron the the house). would love to hear recommendations.
It might prove a very good thought of your friend because if there were no facilities like Mobile car wash then he can start his own business and earn very good amount.but the point that you have mentioned that he doesn't have the quality equipment and business as well so i would suggest him to get equipments!!!

It looks like the kind of thing that the thread was chasing in its earlier years and I quite fancy using them on an old Merc cabriolet I have just bought to see what they can do....
