Me, too.

By this way, they vaiwe a lot of fees including account holding, using different banks' ATMs..etc...etc..

And I have to say that I'm pretty happy with UBS; they immediately match the mortgage rates of the competitors if you ask them.

And I love this flexible LIBOR stuff..

Usually bank always wins the situation and if they have charged something to you, they would never pay you back. This is the truth which no one can deny. And if someone is too much sure about the wrong thing which bank did , then they need to hire a lawyers for that purpose. My ultimate target to get mortgage information for contractors but i am getting other information as well which is also very important. Thanks.

well UBS isn't in great a financial position, so reluctant to have them hold any cash:

and also, i don't like mortgage holder having visibility over my cash/earnings. probably not a big risk, but if i lose my job, or have a reduction in salary, i would prefer them not to see this and possibly then act on it by issuing a margin call etc. at a time when i could least afford it.
