I guess the proper procedure is de-registering it, and giving back the shield.
In German speaking part of Switzerland this would be: Annullation Fahrzeugausweis ?
So, do I understand it right:
- I take the Fahrzeugausweis and the Kontrollshield back
- I get Fahrzeugausweis with a remark „Annullieren“ back
- at some point (years) in the future I will use the same document to register it again?
I know I can have more than one bike with one plate, but sadly the better option for me now is to reduce the number of vehicle
