We are swedish citizen and have received a job offer in Buchs, SG and planning to move with family ( wife and 2 kids ( 6 &7years). i have some questions on schooling part:
1. When does the school sessions starts in Swiss so we time our kids move to start in new session.
2. I understand schooling is free in swiss but is day care as well free? Like in sweden, its totally free from 0800 till 1730 inc. 3 meals. ( paid via 57% tax).
3. If not free how much does it cost to send kids to day care after school till 1700 + lunch.
4. Another related q'n if my family doesnt move with me initlally to swiss, are the taxes different for myself or irrespective if they live in swiss or sweden?
Sorry for naive q's but couldnt find this info. anywhere.

At risk of jumping to hasty assumptions that you are a troll, hopefully not, you need to do some research on nr 2, cost of daycare. Not free or even close to it in Switzerland.
I can't answer your questions specifically, but Switzerland has significantly lower taxes than Sweden and consequently provides fewer "free" services.
No free daycare, and most schools (at least that I've seen) don't provide any meals. Kids go home (or to someone else's home) for lunch.
Thank you @sonnenhund. Yes found some links to St gallan tax and school site. i found a tariff table and its around 60CHF/day/kid for our timings. although tariffs are up for revision in aug.

3) There's a good KiTa in Buchs (called "Treasure box" in German, Schatzchista), and their prices are published online. You can download the PDF here: http://www.schatzchischta.ch/kts_tarif_anmeldung.htm . The price depends on your income. There's a less "fancy" KiTa in Schaan called SiNi (where 2 of my 3 children attended, I highly recommend it), and their fees are also published in their site: https://www.sini.li/tarife_sini_kidz_highway.php
4) I don't know how much the impact would be. I'll leave this to someone more knowledgeable.
As the OPs kids are 6 and 7 they are beyond KITA age, it is the Tagesstätte that comes into play here. Link below, this has cost and coverage information:

Ooops, you're right, somehow missed that "little detail" . Schatzchista doesn't, but SiNi does host kids up to 12 years of age or so. I distintly remember seeing much older kids when I would pick mine up. But that would mean picking them up from school and dropping them off. Schools in Buchs offer a pick-up service to take younger children to the Tagestätte (which is in a central location in the city, not at the schools), but it's a very small van and space is quite limited.
Unless the OP wants to live IN Buchs, other villages close-by (such as mine) offer different options (e.g. my local primary school offers in-house KiTa and Tagesstätte). This is kind of hard to research online (especially without speaking German), which is why I offered the OP to give me a call. It would make things a lot easier (although I see the benefit of leaving the information in written form here).
FWIW there must be at least 2 in Buchs as I know there's one in the school near me which is not central! The link I posted above does state there are "several" locations.
However, yes, it does all depend on the Gemeinde which is why I stressed that!
