I moved out from the apartment a few months ago. I got my full deposit back. I remember that every year there would be a letter with final saldo for heating and stuff. Should I expect that for 2025, should I ask my previous landlord?
You should expect to get it. When I moved out I got a small refund a few month’s later
I got mine quite a lot later as some of the heating stuff was only calculated once per year.
I got one even with a 2 years delay. It’s an actual PITA when you move more often as it could turn out to be a refund or invoice
Yes you have to send them a registered letter asking for NK documents and make copies in case they don’t pay.
