I am in a difficult spot at the moment. I am on Permit B dependent permit, which allows me to take up any job. I recently moved here (Zurich) from the UK and my Uk employer is ready to transfer my contract to the swiss legal entity payroll and a swiss contract. My employer wants some confirmation that there is no minimum salary requirement for a B permit spouse visa as they are worried that they might break some rule. If anyone has any guidance on how I can get this confirmation or if there is legal document using which I can prove that.

There is no specific number. The work authorities will just check if the salary and work conditions are equivalent to the Swiss standards for that field and type of job.
Edit: if your permit doesn't say that taking up employment is subject to approval, then they don't even check that
My permit says right to work. I also confirmed by calling the Immigration and Labor office for Zurich. They said they don't care and don't want to see any thing related to my permit as I have work rights like a swiss person. Unfortunately my company needs some kind of written confirmation.
I think Tom meant that for some types of work, there are minimum wage agreements . And these can vary from canton to canton.
So while you are right that the Canton of Zurich has not, itself, set a minimum wage, Tom was advising you - and I agree - to look up the info for the branch in which you'll be working (e.g. ask a trade union, a professional board or any organisation of staff in your field) and find out whether there is an overriding contract governing that specific branch.
