I ordered a dish washer online and I was told it would be delivered that week.
Three weeks later (!!!) I was told to contact the installer as NettoShop don't install.
The installer told me NettoShop are useless and never tell the truth!!!
I asked for correspondence in French or English and continue to get everything in German.
I got bills that are illegible with so many different amounts shown, it is impossible to know what to pay as they include bulletins with different amounts; you pay the wrong amount and they charge you CHF 2.40 EVERY time they resend the bill.
They may look cheap but you end up paying FAR more and getting what you ordered MUCH later than promised.
Liars and cheat, is the polite version of what I think about them. I will NEVER spend a franc with them again.
BEWARE!!!!!

I just emailed Celia. Yes, I ordered the item online and stated, "Prepayment" for payment. I received the invoice via email but need the clearing number to make payment to NettoShop via UBS.

i had a good experience with you in the past, but i am a bit disappointed now.
I have bought a Panasonic hi-fi on the 3rd of March and expected delivery date is 3rd of April.
Why you do not specify on your website if the item is available or not?
i bought it for a party at home but it won't arrive on time.
I would ask for a refund but who knows how long that would take as i paid through a bank transfer.
