Hello all, had a call on home number from talk-talk offering for free a locked an android phone and contract natel + landline at 24 fr per month with some free minutes within Switzerland. 2 year contract. Ask for agreement on the phone and know my name and home address. Anybody has experience with this virtual network provider? Thanks in advance
I signed it recently (they accept only phone signature) . The first invoice was 26.30 chf (24 abonement + 2.30 fixed line charge) incl. TVA. The mobile which I received was UNLOCKED (Samsung Galaxy Mini ~145chf new). Probably I unlocked it while rooting. Anyway, it was very easy, if you did it before. Almost any locked phone can be unlocked. You'll also get a SIM card with the last 4 digits same as your land line. The SIM works in any other phone and you'll get free minutes with landlines and 076 phones as per contract. I can't add anything else as I have only one month experience. Please note, however that you'll be fined for 300 chf for early termination of the contract. But I think this contract is for 1 year. (?) and to avoid the cancellation fee you have to notify them 1 month before the expiration date.
Volk, thanks . It is a 2-year contract and you cannot terminate it earlier without 300 CHF fee (just read on their web site). On top if you don't send a termination note 1 month before the end the contract will be extended for another 12 months automatically.
What about quality and GPRS - looks a bit expensive with just 30MB included and 7.5 CHF per 100MB afterwords. Android can eat more per month
So i just wonder if there are any hidden traps but looks like nothing else than written in on the site. Will think if current termination worth savings..

And here I thought the salesman was saying dock, dock. I hung up after 1 minute because I just didn't understand his German (which I usually do quite well).
