Buying illegal drugs was already a gamble. There’s always uncertainty about what comes in the little bag.
Now increased uncertainty. I guess the overdose counter will go up.

That is what AI is for. The drugs may not be illegal for some time and that is enough to make a shitton of money.

One of Willian Shatner’s more forgotten roles, I did enjoy the series though.
Shatner came up with the idea for the novels and used a ghost writer, I remember my OH borrowing one from the library to see what it was like (he’s been into Asimov stuff since his teens).
