Overall seems quite positive!
Battery life is not good if you are used to a simpler phone, but as I switched from a Mobile 5 phone this wasn't something I really noticed.
And if you are interested in the GPS then note that at the moment only the built in mapping software works with the phone (So no TomTom or Navision) and it downloads the maps via GPRS so if you are paying your own bills this could be a problem.
Other than that it was great, very good camera, and everything worked as advertised
N95 - Battery life poor, GPS virtually unusable, camera good in the right lighting conditions, SIP phone - ok, not as good as the e61 for some reason.
Also, interesting marketing from Nokia for the N95
