Not a personal recommendation but I have heard these guys are very good. But note they are in GE.
There’s a lawyer bar in every canton. Considering it’s a CdL, it should be Geneva.
This is the contact info of Geneva Bar Association. They offer advise every day from Monday to Friday. 60 CHF for a 30-45 min consultation. Physically or by phone. From this call, you may get an answer to your question or get redirected to an specialist.

My experience when I needed some advice for the switch from student to salaried worked was the following. It was the bar association from canton Neuchâtel. I went to the first consultation, 40-50 CHF don’t remember exactly. Lawyer there listened to my case and sent me to an immigration specialist for a 2nd consultation. He listened to my case, quickly listed my options during the consultation with the caveat that he had to double-check if said options applied to my case. Then, Mr. Lawyer sent me home telling he’ll sent me a letter with his research. A week later, a letter listing my options arrived along a ~200 CHF invoice I was lucky and found an employer that sponsored my residence permit before I had to rely on the options the lawyer recommended based on my specific situation. Anyway, plans B and C to stay in CH were already there
Not a scam at all. Lawyers doing this kind of work and invoicing these low amounts are benevoles. These days, life is going well and every once in a while I need advice from lawyer or accountant at market rate Every damned coin paid to them returns somehow. Popular culture portraits them as evil entities, but they are useful if you properly manage them. Not your friends, always trust but verify, but they can help a lot.
I thought she stopped working in this field.
Tomorrow I will try again
Yes, I know because I spend a ton of money on lawyers
