I recently defended my thesis and soon will be a graduate from a Swiss university. I am already applying for full-time jobs, and one software development company is interested in hiring me. My background is business and they are looking for a person with business background. However, it seems that they are rather small IT company, not a start-up, but already with 500+ employees.
I was wondering, since non-eu graduates have a bit easier process in terms of obtaining a work permit, would a work permit application from a smaller company be less effective in terms of approval? I know bigger organisations have higher chances, however, considering that small company applies for a work permit, would chances be lower?
I just don't know if I should aim for big corporates, or should I also consider smaller companies for a full-time position as well?
