I have only ever used "Kleiner" and everything was fine. I don't know if they are on the expensive end or not (they probably are), I didn't compare with others.

I only know a couple of places in Zurich, I have tried out cupcake affair and they are the bomb! Really good. I always order the mini cupcakes and you can have them decorated (costs more). People love them. The other I haven't tried, just google "kuchen bestellen" and you will get a lot of results.
