Size doesn't matter for this. It is the final price including shipping that counts.
The cheaper price is due to the lower VAT/Import tax. While you are looking at around 20% in Germany, you only have 8% in Switzerland. So even if Amazon applies the import fees deposit and charges delivery fees, it can be cheaper.
When ordering electronic goods from Germany, you should however keep in mind that the plugs are different! So unless you buy an adaptor or are handy at rewiring plugs...
