2’200 is nothing compared to the price of each square meter occupied by that thing 
ricardo or tutti, search for velounterstand or velodächer. But, it looks like complicate to move around, to ensure it doesn’t end on top of the neighbor’s car pushed by the wind, and just another chore to keep clean.

I saw a box like this once. Maybe you can find a used one for half price.
We have lots of these types of racks around her. Generally the stands are only good for kids bikes, which are not allowed to be kept on them due to lack of space! Two narrow for larger mountain bike tyres. Two close together for adult handlebars especially with side mirrors. The front wheel spokes can get damaged and the high rack is difficult with e-bikes. The rain cover is good but most bikes have a good frame stand which makes the metal stands superfluous.
