I know most ovens in America are huge, in England are tiny, and they vary from country to country.
We're buying a roasting rack, and I want to make sure it fits!
I'm asking a silly question, but I've searched the forums and no one has asked this so far! What are the dimensions of standard ovens in Switzerland, specifically Zurich?
Buy your roasting tray here, that way you can be sure it fits. Everything is standardised.

Apparently most ovens are up to 59x59x59 / 51 Liter. Hope that helps
Tried finding some reference on the specs but I couldn't so I'll just guess this is correct. The newer Swiss kitchens are EU standard 60cm width were as the older Swiss kitchens are 55cm wide.
