parcel dissapered in Coop store

Hi all

Where i live the Post branch was replaced by a "in-store" Post branch. So Coop took over the delivery of Swiss Post parcels and letters.

Saturday, i was there to pick up a parcel and they didnt find it in their storage area. They said the parcel looks to be in the store but they cant find it. So, they asked me to wait for their phone call in maximum 2 days.

Up to this moment the parcel didnt arrive and no phone call was received. After calling Swiss Post, we have been told that the parcel vanished/disappeared.

What to do in this case?

Who sent it?

If it was a company, inform them that the package did not arrive.

From my experience, it's typically the senders responsibility to follow up on these things.
