Parking ticket from 'Beppo' - is it legit?

Dear EF,

My husband stopped by the Brocki today (Saturday) and as their few spaces were taken, he parked in the very empty company parking lot next door. He came back after 10 minutes to some (quite rude) dude taking pictures of the car who gave him a flyer with a QR code and said he had to pay a fine of 50chf. It is in 4 languages and the english states:

"Disregarding the court's parking prohibition You have parked on private property without permission. For more information, please scan the QR code on the front" also with a website that there is very very little googleable information about it so I hesitate to go to the site itself.

Has anyone heard of this beppo/mybeppo?? Is it in any way legit?

Thanks so much,

Katerina

[Sorry just saw Maciej's post from a few days ago, I had searched for beppo not parking. Mods please feel free to embed mine in his, but still curious if this beppo thing is legit]
