Passport for 'F' permit

hello everyone!

i have been in Switzerland for 1 year now , and as you may know the people who have "F" permit are sadly not allowed to have their passport , after this month i have a kind of learn trip to French for 2 weeks , and i really would love to have my passport to be able to to go !! i have tried to write a message and send it by mail to Bern and Fribourg but they don't answer back ..

what should i do ? im really lost ! and im really in big need for help , because this trip means a lot to me .. maybe there is some kind of solution because im still a student and im under the age as well ?? will it work out if i maybe talk with the French Embassy in Switzerland ??

Thank you so much for reading and i hope some one would be able to help me out

Sorry, no chance. People with real good reasons and longterm F never got permission.

The only F ever in all my years was a lady who went to the funeral of her son in her home-country. The one thing, nobody wants that permission for.

Sorry, but you won’t get your passport back until Switzerland decides it’s safe to send you back to your home country.

Until then Switzerland is where you stay and no travel outside its borders.

I assume your F permit is "Temporarily Admitted Person", not "Temporarily Admitted Refugee". The latter are permitted to travel abroad. https://www.sem.admin.ch/dam/data/se...flue-va-en.pdf
